Typically yes – alerts are delivered via our organisation's platform, we share permissions with you to allow you to utilise it for your organisation.

Can this replace our fire alarm or regulated life-safety systems?

No. KnightShift Alert Notifications are designed to complement your legally required life-safety systems, not replace them. It’s ideal for staff notifications, status updates and secondary evacuation communication alongside your existing procedures.

Can you manage the service ongoing?

Yes – we can hand it over to your team, or include alert management and changes as part of a wider KnightShift managed service.
